About Me

Hi! I’m Cianna. I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and I want to help you rediscover your health. 

A few years ago, I started getting really into health. I was very focused on harmful additives in food and in products. I read books about longevity and listened to podcasts to learn about the lies and history of the food industry. This stage of my learning journey consisted of labeling things good vs bad, googling ingredients, and being angry at the system. All of my new revelations fueled my interest in health and wanting to know the “truth”. I had just graduated with a bachelors degree in marine science, but I couldn’t find the passion or motivation to pursue a career in this field. I started looking into nutrition related education, not exactly sure where it would lead, but knowing I wanted to learn more and earn a credential. That search led me to the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA). I felt that their NTP program aligned with my beliefs and values: focusing on foundational, bio-individual healing, and blending modern nutritional science with holistic principles. 

As I moved through the program, my perspective broadened. I learned about the root of both health and disease, the body's innate intelligence, and how to nourish ourselves with real, nutrient dense food. The more books I read and podcasts I listened to, the more layers to the health and wellness space I uncovered. My interests have expanded into topics like quantum biology, decentralized health care, terrain theory, EMF’s, raw dairy, grounding, fermenting, and regenerative agriculture. 

I see symptoms as messages, a way for your body to protect you, and as a sign of underlying imbalance. Rather than taking a bandaid approach to mask the symptoms, I believe we need to ask the question; what is our body trying to tell us? How can we support the body at a foundational level and fuel each cell? This looks different for everyone and there is no one-size-fits-all. It takes a bio-individual approach that meets you where you are at in your unique story. 


I believe we heal by realigning with nature’s intelligence and reconnecting to the ancestral wisdom our bodies inherently know and remember. Sunlight on the skin, eating real, living food, and drinking clean water are simple, natural, and essential practices that nourish the body and restore balance. 

I’m here to help you return to the basics - nature’s wisdom, your body’s intelligence, and the simple practices to create lasting wellness that feel natural and sustainable.
