This is my #1 brand for blue light blocking glasses. The quality is very high and the lens technology is unparalleled and unique. This company deeply understands the science of light and it’s effect on biology. Most brands use cheap surface coatings, dyes, or tints which wear away overtime. bioSpectral incorporates a melanin infused polymer directly into the lens during manufacturing. Since it’s built into the lens itself, it doesn’t wear away. They also protect the lens surface with anti-scratch, anti-reflective, anti-fog, and oleophobic (prevents fingerprints from sticking) coatings.
The yellow lens blocks 100% of blue light from 435 to 475 nm (most screens and LEDs spike at 455 nm). The orange lens blocks 100% of blue and green light up to 540 nm.

Bon Charge

Block Blue Light
They have lots of blue light free bulbs as well as full spectrum bulbs (zero flicker, low or no EMF) . The full spectrum bulbs have 3 different modes that you can change to be more aligned with the sun from sunrise to sunset. The full spectrum day mode has a similar wavelength distribution to the sun which a typical LED does not provide.

VivaRays
VivaRays is also a good option for blue light blocking glasses. I recommend the orange lenses from this company which block blue and green light up to 520 nm. The red lenses are a bit too red to be functional (which is the case for most brands). Usually I recommend not purchasing red lenses unless you experience extreme melatonin suppression/sleep issues and cannot change your light environment. Light Therapy & Devices
SaunaSpace
SaunaSpace is unique in the red light therapy and sauna world because they use thermal incandescent light instead of non-thermal LEDs. Most red light therapy products on the market are LED based. They typically target 2 - 6 specific narrow band wavelengths (emitting narrow spikes at 660 nm for red and 850 nm for near-infrared). The SaunaSpace FireLight bulb provides a smooth continuous spectrum spanning from 550 nm up to 3000+ nm. It is a blend of visible red, near-infrared, mid-infrared, and far-infrared that mimics sunlight and fire. LEDs cannot emit heat or induce sweating so they are strictly used for photobiomodulation. Because the FireLight bulb extends into mid- and far-infrared, it doubles as a sauna while providing light therapy.
The Glow Infrared Therapy Light: This is the device that I have. It has one focused FireLight bulb that you can use for targeted light therapy. It is fully shielded to block EMFs and flicker free. It’s size makes it portable so you can put it on the floor, on your desk, etc. This is an amazing device to have and perfect if a sauna isn’t in the budget.
The FireLight Sauna: I do not have one of these but REALLY wish I did. You have the option between a 4 or 7 FireLight bulb panel. Like the Glow, it is portable because it is made from organic cotton canvas and plugs into any standard outlet. It is also EMF & flicker free. There is an optional upgrade to add additional EMF shielding with Silver Lining (Faraday-like), which is woven with silver and organic cotton to block external EMFs.

MAYU
The MAYU Swirl uses a vortex motion to restructure water and increase oxygen. Water in nature is always flowing and swirling. It’s not meant to sit still or be forced through pressurized pipes. MAYU mimics this movement that you see in nature. The existence of EZ water (water that is structured, organized, charged, and has special properties) is widely acknowledged. However, it is debated whether drinking water that has been vortexed or otherwise structured confers health benefits to the body. In my opinion, there is a benefit. I believe the best proof of anything is testing it yourself to see how it makes YOU feel.
MAYU also sells trace mineral drops. They provide more than 80 different minerals that are balanced and designed to mimic a mineral rich spring water. They are sourced from underground seabed’s and third party tested for heavy metals. Water needs minerals to be truly hydrating. If you use RO to filter your water, remineralizing is an absolute must (pure RO water can even be harmful over time).

Clearly Filtered
Currently, I use the pitcher filter from this brand. It removes more than 386 contaminants including fluoride, microplastics, and PFAS. What makes Clearly Filtered different is that their pitcher filter is designed to remove contaminants while preserving beneficial minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium. We like to bring this with us when we travel locally. It makes it really easy to have clean water wherever we’re staying, even camping*!
I first found this brand when I took a long trip to Indonesia and needed a travel friendly filter that could remove fluoride. Clearly Filtered has a water bottle filter that targets 200+ contaminants. You don’t necessarily need their water bottle to use the filter (you just need the filter, straw, and a water bottle - I used my hydroflask and cut the straw to the correct length). This filter is great for traveling and to use in airports.

This company sells stickers with an energy imprint in them that intercepts EMF fields and changes the vibration. It returns it to a state of balance, spinning with a rhythm that compliments your body’s field. It creates an energy field that is in harmonic resonance with the body. These stickers can be used on any device (phone, laptop, router, etc.).
This can be hard to wrap your head around, especially because you can’t physically see anything happening. I’ve had a few conversations with the founder, Tim Sanders, who explained interesting science to back up these claims (which comes from a Russian scientist who developed the technology). He also shared before and after results of using the technology on live blood analysis and water crystal photography, which had profound results. I recommend checking out the science and test results on the website to come to your own conclusions.
